# GUIDELINES FOR PREPARATION OF ABSTRACTS.
" All abstracts must be in English.
" Use Times New Roman 12.
" The abstract title must be in Bold Letters.
" Author(s) names must be in upper and lower case (e.g. Linda Ríos).
" Provide affiliation of all authors, indicated by superscript numbers beside the corresponding name. Include full mailing address, phone number, email address and fax number.
" The presenting author's name must be in bold letters.
" The whole Abstract including Title, Authors and Addresses with a space line between Title, Authors, Addresses, References, and the Text of the abstract, should not exceed 1 A4 page with margins of 3 cm above and below, 3 cm right and 4 cm left.
" Abstract topics: please select the category under which the abstract is to be presented after consulting the list of Sections.
" Abstracts should be as informative as possible and must use the following structured format: Background and aims, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
" Use only standard abbreviations. Place special or unusual abbreviations in parentheses after the full word the first time it appears in the abstract.
# POSTER FORMAT.
Posters will be set up on wooden boards of 1.30 m height. The maximum width of posters must be 0.90 m.
# ORAL PRESENTATIONS.
Oral presentations will last 15 minutes (+ 5 min discussion). Computer projectors for Power Point Presentations and Overhead Projectors will be available.
