Deadlines and conference fee

The participants who would like to attend the meeting with accompanying person
are welcome to do so. The fee for the accompanying person (including 4 dinners,
the welcome reception and the banquet) would be 180 euros or 260 dolars.
The additional fee ()see deadlines and fees) would be required for the Malbork trip.
The possibility for arranging stay for accompanying person in the University
Hotel would be known after the 20th of May (closing the conference registration)
and due to limited number of rooms at the University Hotel will depend
on how many participants register.
Please mark at the registration form (in the message, additional info box)
the will to attend the conference with an accompanying person(s).
After registration deadline the conference participants who indicate attending
the meeting with accompanying person will be informed about the possibility
to stay in the University Hotel. Before that it is advised to book rooms
at the Novotel Hotel (please see link on the Accommodation and venues).
We have negotiated a special rate for the IPBC participants.
It is very convenient in the middle of Gdansk Old Town and in walking distance
to the University complex and the dinner place.

Hotel accommodation fee: 205 $ or 140 Euro (six nights stay, double occupancy, two beds in the room, breakfast)

Registration fee: 665 $ or 450 Euro
Hotel accommodation fee: 235 $ or 160 Euro (six nights stay, double occupancy, two beds in the room, breakfast)
Additional hotel night fee: 30 $ or 20 Euro
The optional Malbork Trip: 65 $ or 45 Euro

*If you plan to arrive earlier or stay longer, please include the additional 30 $ or 20 Euro per night for the hotel fee.
*Please notice that you might need an additional night if you wish to visit Malbork Castle on Friday September 5th. The additional fee for Malbork trip is 65$ or 45 Euro. It can be paid on site or you can transfer it to listed above banking accounts. The fee includes transportation, guide and dinner.

The registration fee includes:
- admission/admittance to all scientific sessions
- abstract book and all conference materials
- dinners, lunches and tea/coffee breaks
- the opening reception on Saturday night
- the closing banquet (at the seashore restaurant) on Thursday (September 4)
- sight seeing guide tour of Gdansk Old Town on Tuesday (September 2)
- two-year membership in the International Society for Plasmid Biology
The hotel accommodation fee includes:
- six nights stay in the University Hotel (August 30-September 5)
(double occupancy, two beds in the room, and breakfast).

*The Saturday reception and all dinners, except for the one on Thursday,
are planned at the famous Gdansk restaurant Piwnica Rajcow on Dlugi Targ 44
